Students must have a 3.0 GPA at the time of application and must have at least 2nd semester sophomore standing during the study abroad term.

Central European Studies Program (CESP): CESP brings together a stimulating mix of students from the United States and all parts of Europe. Courses include studies of the social, economic, political and cultural transformations that have shaped Central Europe and the Czech Republic in particular at the end of the 20th century and the changes facing this region at the beginning of the 21st century. All courses are taught in English.

Do not be fooled! The International Club at Masaryk University is a large organization offering international students a wide variety of excursions, weekend trips, sporting events, Czech language courses, a personal Czech tutor (your tutor picks you up from the airport!), cultural events, discounted resources for regional travel, ...and much more!

Students will live in double occupancy rooms with bathroom and mini-kitchenette (fridge, sink and double hotplate). A refundable housing deposit, paid at the beginning of the stay, is REQUIRED*subject to change.
